Box o' Pork

If you aren't ready for the half hog, we offer an easy bulk box option: the Box o' Pork. It's about 25 pounds of sausage, chops and roasts and costs an even $250 all cut and wrapped and ready to go. This is 10% off our retail prices.

Exact amounts will vary based on availability, but a typical box includes:

• 8-10 pork chops (2 per package), about 1 pound per package

• 7 lbs sausage (bratwurst, breakfast, etc.), 1 lb packages

• 4 lbs ground pork, 1 lb packages

• 9 lbs shoulder roasts, 3-5 lbs each

It's a great way to stock up the freezer without having to buy a new one for the garage! This will typically fit in about one cubic foot of space.

The Box o' Pork does not contain nitrites, nitrates, dairy, or gluten. 

Our heritage breed pigs are born outdoors (no farrowing crates, ever!) on our farm and allowed to live a life as close to their natural habitat as possible. We make sure they've got plenty of protection from the rain and wind in winter and shade or wallows to cool off in all summer long.
